DANIEL M. COLE
CHAIRMAN
Dan is the co-founder of Cole Partners Development Company. Dan’s primary responsibilities are site selection, acquisition, development, financing, leasing and joint venture relations. Dan started in the commercial real estate industry in 1970 with Coldwell Banker Commercial. In 1981, Dan and Dan Petrocchi formed The Evergreen Company. Along with business partners Don Timmons and Ray Gundlach, the group oversaw the development or renovation of more than 6 million square feet of product in Northern California’s Sacramento region.
Dan is an active community volunteer with numerous groups such as the Sacramento Host Committee, St. Hope Public Schools, the Golden Empire Council of the Boy Scouts of America and Rotary International. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1969, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon.

ROBERT H. COLE

Rob is a co-founder of Cole Partners Development Company and is responsible for site selection, acquisition, development, financing, leasing and joint venture relationships. Prior to shifting his focus to development and investments as a principal, Rob worked for nearly 20 years as a real estate investment broker. Most recently, he led the capital markets platform in the greater Sacramento region for JLL, a global commercial real estate firm. Over his brokerage career, Rob negotiated the sales of assets and land totaling more than $2 billion in value.
Rob attended University of California at Davis and California State University, Sacramento, where he received a bachelors degree in Journalism. Rob is an active community volunteer in Sacramento where he resides with his wife and three children.

MICHAEL ISHERWOOD
CFO
Michael is Chief Financial Officer and In-House Legal Counsel for Cole Partners Development Company and is responsible for financial reporting for the Company and all real estate entities managed by the Company, tax planning, lender relations and financing, as well as acquisition due diligence, asset dispositions, and development and operational support. Prior to joining Cole Partners, Michael worked for Britannia Pacific Properties, Inc., a private equity company, for 18 years as Vice President of Real Estate Operations. While at Britannia, he was involved in the development and asset management of high-rise urban core office, urban mixed-use redevelopment, regional retail centers, suburban office campus projects, and senior housing projects.
Michael started his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles where he became a licensed CPA while working in the audit and tax departments for 5 years before going to law school and becoming a licensed attorney. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration-accountancy from California State University Fresno, and a law degree from the McGeorge School of Law.
